Gluten Free Waffle Cones

Haven’t used my waffle maker in awhile. Today was a perfect day to make cones for the grandkids. Check out my Tik Tok link below for a fun video to see how it’s done. If you try out this recipe let me know in the comments below.

Gluten Free Waffle Cones

1/3 cup water
1 teaspoon psyllium husk
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1 egg
1/2 cup sugar
2/3 cup rice flour (I use Asian fine rice flour)
1/3 cup sweet rice flour ( or glutenous rice flour Asian kind)
In medium bowl place the water and the psyllium husk. Let sit 5 min. or until thickened. Add in remaining ingredients stirring well. Heat your waffle cone maker – I use #3 on mine. Once heated place 3 tablespoons batter into center of waffle cone maker. Close lid and bake until there is no more steam. Open and remove working quickly to roll the cone using a wooden cone molding tool. See my Tik Tok video at the above link for a fun video to see how.
