3/4 cup water
1 cup cashew butter
2 Tablespoons brown sugar
1 Tablespoon Lime or Lemon juice
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
1/2 teaspoon sambal oelek or other hot pepper sauce
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
Put all together and blend until smooth. I use my Vita Mix blender starting on low and then increasing in speed. Serve as a dipping sauce at room temperature.
